Quoting questions
What information do you need to quote a tank heater?
Liquid and concentration, starting and target temperature, heat-up time required, tank inside dimensions and liquid depth, volume in gallons, tank material and lining, whether the tank is covered or insulated, available voltage and phase, and area classification if applicable. If you only have some of that, send what you have.
What if I do not know the concentration of the bath?
Send the product name or a bath analysis if you have one, or describe what the tank is used for. Concentration matters most for acids and caustics, where it changes the sheath material answer. For water, oils and mild cleaners, a general description is usually enough.
Can you quote from a drawing or a spec sheet?
Yes. Tank drawings, P&IDs, existing heater datasheets, nameplate photos and fluid datasheets are all useful. Attach them to the email the form composes, or send them directly.
Do you quote replacements for other manufacturers' heaters?
Yes. Send the nameplate details, dimensions and the mounting arrangement. It is also worth telling us the liquid and how long the original lasted — if it failed early, matching it exactly is the wrong goal.
Is there a minimum order?
No. A single small tank heater is a normal order.
